Who can use HireReef

You must be 18 or over to use HireReef. By using it you confirm that you are.

What HireReef is

A chat, typed or spoken, with an AI assistant. It asks about your work, reads your CV if you add one, and passes what you tell it to Kinora's recruiters, who look for roles that suit you.

The AI assistant only collects and suggests. A Kinora recruiter decides what happens next, and nobody is turned down by the software without a person reviewing it.

No promise of a job

Using HireReef does not mean you will be put forward for a role, invited to an interview or offered a job. Whether to hire you is always the employer's decision.

What you tell us

Tell us the truth about yourself, as far as you know it, and only add a CV that is yours. Do not share anything unlawful or anyone else's personal details.

Your CV and your answers stay yours. You let Kinora use them to find you work, as How we use your information explains.

Your information

How we collect, use and keep your information, including recordings of visits to this site and of voice calls, is in How we use your information.

Using it fairly

Do not try to break, overload or copy HireReef, or use it to find out about other people.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep HireReef running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing in them takes away your rights as a consumer.

Changes, and stopping

We may change these terms. The date below shows when they last changed, and the version you agreed to is kept with your conversation.

You can stop using HireReef at any time, and ask us to delete your details at privacy@hirereef.com.

The legal part

Only you and Kinora can enforce these terms. Nobody else has any right under them, including under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

They are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
